Acceptance

By creating an account or using Remembered, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Remembered is a reminder scheduling service that delivers notifications via email, SMS, and webhooks at times you configure. We provide the service on a best-effort basis and aim for reliable delivery, but do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered at the exact scheduled time or at all. Reminders are processed in intervals and may arrive within a few minutes of the scheduled time.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your API key with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke your API key immediately from your Settings page and contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Remembered to:

• -Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing
• -Harass, threaten, or send abusive content to others
• -Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• -Attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service
• -Impersonate others or send reminders on behalf of someone without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plan limits

Free accounts are limited to 5 reminders and 5 verified email recipients. Pro accounts allow up to 100 reminders and 20 verified email recipients, along with additional features like webhooks and twice-daily scheduling. API access is limited to 60 requests per minute and 100 reminders per account.

Limitation of liability

Remembered is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any missed reminders, delayed deliveries, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Do not rely on Remembered as your sole means of notification for critical, time-sensitive, or safety-related matters.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
